Veena Verdi, Commisioning Editor, Channel4 Ideas Factory
'OK price myself: how much am I worth? 79p. Price of a pack of Blue Tack. Wholesale. You see there are myriads of possibilities with Blue Tack. You can knead it, stretch it and roll it into sausage animals. Don’t forget about plastering walls with squidged, blue balls. What more could you want when you’re six years old? Top of my Christmas pressie list that year. Priceless stuff.'

Marrianne del Garbutt, Managing Director, Lowd+Klea
'Wrote her first poetry at 9 - to do with the end of the world (depressing stuff). Education - minimal, spent years working out what she should DO. Tried singing (had a crap voice and got stage fright). Then promoting bands (couldn't even muster a one hit wonder). Found marketing and realised a talent - got a job in radio with Kiss 102 & 105 then Galaxy...Subsequently - but through no fault of her own - became an adult and embraced design and creative - now spends her time talking about communication, positioning and brand values ....... Life - its a bitch.'

Will McGillivray, Music Editor, MTV
'Will has worked in TV for over 5 years, but it really kicked off this year when he was put in charge of MTV2, MTV's most irreverent, forward-thinking, alternative music channel. As well as taking a broad overview of the editorial content and direction of the channel itself, he has worked with animators, filmmakers and various internet subversives to produce short, "blippy" content to slip between videos. In his spare time he plays records in a nice order to people in clubs.'
