Comments submitted to the site will be moderated by Studio12 staff and may be edited for brevity where necessary. Not all comments submitted will be included on the Studio12 website. Offensive or discriminatory comments of any kind will not be tolerated.

Studio12 general terms and conditions

The "Studio12 website" www.studio12.org.uk is owned, and maintained by Pavilion, 2 Woodhouse Square, Leeds LS3 1AD UK.

Before using the Studio12 web site it is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions. By accessing the Studio12 web site you are agreeing to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as modified from time to time.

1 Definitions

For the purpose of this agreement "material" means material including, without limitation, text, video, graphics and sound material published on the Studio12 web site whether copyright of Pavilion or a third party. 2 Use of material appearing on the Studio12 web site You may download and print extracts from the material and make copies of these for your own personal use only. You are not allowed to download or print the material, or extracts from it, in a systematic or regular manner so as to create a database in electronic or paper form comprising all or part of the material appearing in the Studio12 web site.

Option 1

You are permitted to link to material within the Studio12 web site, using the URL and quoting the headline and the source website. Brief extracts of the material are permitted provided they are not substantive. Request for more extensive material should be directed to studio12@pavilion.org.uk.

It is the responsibility of the third party to ensure that nothing on its own web site suggests or could be understood to imply that any part of the Studio12 web site is its own web site unless the third party has obtained the prior written approval of Pavilion. Pavilion reserves the right to withdraw any permission without explanation or notice if in its sole judgement use of such links to the Studio12 web site is excessive or inappropriate.

Pavilion does not accept any responsibility for any statement in the material. You must not rely on any statement we have published on the Studio12 web site without first taking specialist professional advice. Nothing in the material is provided for any specific purpose or at the request of any particular person.

For the avoidance of confusion, we will not be liable for any loss caused as a result of your doing, or not doing, anything as a result of viewing, reading or listening to the material or any part of it. Pavilion collects basic information about how many hits we receive on the pages of the Studio12 web site to help us evaluate the benefit of the Studio12 web site content for our audience. Pavilion also collects basic personal information about users of the Studio12 web site who complete the Studio12 comments form. This basic information includes the name, email address and telephone number of the user. We collect the comments and suggestions made by the users who have completed the Studio12 Comments form. These terms may be varied from time to time. Please ensure that you review these terms and conditions regularly as you will be deemed to have accepted a variation if you continue to use the site after it has been posted.

Although we will do our best to provide constant, uninterrupted access to the Studio12 web site we do not guarantee this. We accept no responsibility or liability for any interruption or delay.

9 Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. For the exclusive benefit of Pavilion, Pavilion shall retain the right to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the courts of the country of your residence or where these Terms and Conditions are entered into in the course of your trade or profession, the country of your principal place of business.
